	recreation projects: sand volleyball court and supplies tetherball basketball court (later this season) Aqua Jump (tentative)
	sand/gravel: gravel behind rec center for parking, sand for beach and volleyball court
	updates to the fish cleaning house: new sink, faucet and counter top thanks to lots of assistance from long-time guests Wayne and Diane Louden

	new stove, refrigerator and water heater (to continue update strategy initiated last year)
	new floor coverings in some of the cabins
	continuing update strategy of new mattresses and bed frames
