Rec Center at Dana's Lakeside Resort after new paint job. The new paint scheme is not too jarring. The base color is Cottage Red and the trim is a custom gold color. We essentially stole the paint scheme from a building we saw in Marquette, MI. Today, we "whacked" the old wharf building down by the lake. We're doing some other work down there and I'm not sure what we'll build to replace it. We are only one rental away from an "Eleven Weeks Full" summer season! Even if we don't make it, we've achieved our goal of "Ten Weeks Full." We want to thank all of our guests for choosing Dana's for their summer vacation! We will be updating the web site soon to share the projects we completed in 2003. The major project of 2003 was a major update to the electric service at the resort. We completely eliminated all overhead wires. We also installed circuit breakers in all of the cabins to eliminate fuse boxes. The Dana's Fishing Hall of Fame is frequently updated. Take a look!
