"I hope it's not about pine needles."

Tom and Frank enjoyed an excellent day of fishing on Au Train Lake!  In addition to several 20 inch Walleyes, they brought in a really nice 14 inch Perch.

I heard on the news today that the new boat launch on Deer Lake (a few miles west of Au Train) should be ready for the public in about three weeks.  Rumor has it that Deer Lake offers some fine pan fishing.

We found a few patches of Lady's Slipper
near the east shore of Au Train Lake.
