Really? Well, hang in
there.

While visiting Chicago
for a few days during Spring Break, I talked the family into letting
me stop at Hot
Doug's at 2314 West Roscoe in Chicago.
In the photo below,
the chalkboard at Hot Doug's informs customers of the daily and
weekly specials. On any given day, options may include over 18
exotic encased meat choices, including rabbit, boar, pheasant, duck,
and kangaroo. On the day I visited, the exotic specials being
offered included venison sausage and smoked alligator sausage.
I opted for the Chicago-style char dog and thanks to Doug's
excellent caramelized onions, it is my new Chicago hot dog favorite.

The 8th Annual
International Noise Awareness Day is April 30, 2003. Protect
your hearing. Protect your health. Protect your
children. Take the time to learn more by pointing your
favorite web browser to
http://www.lhh.org/noise/.
Remember, your right to make
noise stops at your neighbor's ears.

Takin' a trip?
What's that?
Takin' a trip?
Yeah.
Where to?
Oh I don't know, wherever I end
up I guess.
Man, I wish I was you.
Really? Well, hang in there.
