recall the quiet

During my walk this morning, I spotted four swans on the Au Train River.  They were very wary and wouldn't let me get too close.  Today was another beautiful sunny day with temps in the low 30s.  We walked all of the way into Au Train.  Our little village was alive with delivery trucks at the grocery, snowmobiles buying trail stickers and gasoline, and folks visiting the Post Office and Peoples State Bank.
