just like Wild Bill Hickock
---------------------

Today, we traveled to
the U. P. State Fair in Escanaba, MI. There was a brief rain
shower after we arrived, but the rest of the afternoon was dry and
pleasant. We indulged in cotton candy, corn dogs, fried rice,
salt water taffy, and various other food treats. We all
enjoyed visiting the livestock barns and the kids enjoyed the rides.

"Look at me! I got a Harley! I'm a two-wheeled cowboy
riding...
just like Wild Bill Hickok in the Old West!"
Even Heartbreaker has
made concessions to modernity: he works 60 hours a week as a union
tradesman outside Austin, Texas,
and carries a cellphone.
