I saw a small group of swans at the Au Train River this morning, but they were too wary and wouldn't let me get close enough for a good photograph. I moseyed up to the Lake Superior Scenic View and snapped a photograph of Au Train Island and Au Train Bay, Lake Superior. Ice is finally starting to form on the bay. Snowfall is still well below normal. Two of the more prominent snowmobile trail reports claim the trails are in "deplorable condition." One of the sites has even suspended trail condition updates until we receive some significant snowfall. -------------------- Nobody likes burnt nuts.
