NaNoWriMo Day 14
Weird heroes and mould-breaking
champions
---------------------

We are experiencing unseasonably
warm temperatures. A far cry from the snow we endured a year ago. (see
photo below). The weather is still overcast and a little foggy. The
daytime high temperature is supposed to reach the mid 50's today.

It was another great NaNoWriMo day as I
managed another 2,366 NaNoWriMo words, bringing my accumulated total to 25,141.
I updated my word count on the official NaNoWriMo web site:

--------------------
Myths and legends die
hard in America. We love them for the extra dimension they
provide, the illusion of near-infinite possibility to erase the
narrow confines of most men's reality. Weird heroes and
mould-breaking champions exist as living proof to those who need it
that the tyranny of "the rat race" is not yet final.
Hunter Thompson,
in Pageant (Sept. 1969).
