This is an aerial view of the resort after all of the trenches were dug. We have buried new water lines to a minimum depth of five feet and covered them with rigid insulation for optimal freeze protection. Prior to digging the trenches, we spent several days identifying water lines, electric service lines, telephone lines, LP gas lines and septic lines. Tom Passinault of Alger Septic Systems and his helper, Cal, did a super job! Tom pretty much filled in the trenches, leaving shallower two feet deep trenches so that we can bury new electric service lines. The new electric service lines will allow us to eliminate old and obsolete overhead electric lines. This project, along with the new septic system for Cabins 1, 2 and 3 form our most ambitious projects to date! The new water and electric lines will allow the resort to operate all year and also enable several more major projects that we have in the works! New Slide Shows!
