Horse-radish Literature

As predicted, the weather has changed.  We experienced some rain mixed with sleet today and temperatures are lower.  I snapped this picture of the east shore of Au Train Lake, directly across from Dana's, just as the sun was setting.

Earlier this week, we took half of the dock out of the lake along with the Lund fishing boats.  We're starting another major project on Sunday and we'll be raking leaves in a week or so.

I cleaned-up and organized the Table of Contents page.

There seems to be more literature on the growing of Horse-radish than the subject warrants.
