Au Train is experiencing a major weather change today.  We woke with temperatures in the 40's and strong winds from the north.  We are expecting a high temperature around 60 today.

This is a picture of the beach at the Lake Superior Scenic View at Au Train.  Stinging sand and the wind chill made it uncomfortable to stay for very long.

I feel as if he has fallen under a spell, though -- one that makes him approach everything in the same way, again and again.  This landscape of rarefied solitude has given you all it can, I want to say.  You must wake up now and go on.
