thinking of making twigs my hobby

The whole family field-tripped to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore where we watched healthy energetic people climb the ice curtains.

I had to do something.  I was thinking of making twigs my hobby.  I found this twig stuck in the fence between Bud's yard and the Plossoms' yard and broke some of the bark off.  I thought I'd sandpaper it until the knots were like hard bites under the skin, things you scratch over and over.
