We
are enjoying a beautiful sunny day today after weathering a
few days of cold wet weather. There are a few boats on
the lake. I would guess they're spending quality time
not catching fish.
|
| I have a small electric space
heater in the yurt. So far it has done an admirable job of keeping
the yurt interior warm when I'm working at night.

I
was actually able to capture a "moonrise" this
evening.

We have another couple
arriving today for Cabin 8. The last of our guests leave on
Sunday and we'll be "guestless" for the first time since
Walleye opener on May 15th.

I'm still working on notes for the
new novel. I'm looking forward to focusing attention on the
writing project.

disappear; they hardly ever willingly forfeit their stake in the things
you care about. The trick is figuring out how to share the earth with
them."
