The tourists are

We're
experimenting with Hewitt vertical dock bumpers on our new
Hewitt dock. The bumpers are supposed to keep our new
Lund fishing boats from banging against the dock. We
tried one today and so
far it appears to be working very well. We'll install
some more tomorrow.

My Mom and Dad were able to
get the entry deck to the yurt framed-in today. They had windows of
opportunity during the lulls between rain showers.

I had to drive to
Madigan's Hardware in Munising to get some bolts for the vertical
dock bumpers. On the way there, we must have passed six or
seven trailers and RVs on M28. No doubt about it, the tourist
season has started!
