Another Woodpecker

Another sunny day.  The twins could not be contained in the cabin any longer!  They played outside all afternoon.

The entry I added yesterday was titled March 3 and I didn't notice my error until today.  I changed that entry to March 2 and then created this one.  Sorry about that, I guess Friday was stuck in my mind.  Too much dreaming about the Appalachian Trail!

Yesterday we watched a Downy Woodpecker (it had some red on its head) for several minutes on the bird feeder near the house.  Today, we verified a different one, the Hairy Woodpecker (no red on its head).  I'm not making this up, really!
